  7. Line your baking tray then arrange them and let them rest for 30min or 1hr if you have time.
  8. Egg wash (you can sprinkle sesame, black, flax or chia seeds) and bake in a preheated oven for 30min. Bake at 200 degrees for the first 10min then 190 degrees for 20min. The layers are magical.
  9. Let them cool and enjoy with hot coffee
