Never did I ever think I'd take one of my favorite spice blends that I grew up on and combine it with a scone. If you've never heard of za'atar it's middle eastern blend of herbs and spices. To be specific, it's oregano, thyme, toasted sesame seeds.

  2. Get 1 tbsp BP

  2. Add the cream, knead just to combine and gather the ingredients don't over knead, wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Roll your dough on lightly floured surface about 1/2 inch thickness, if your dough is not sticky, you don't even need the flour, cut into circles or triangles
  4. Brush with egg wash, bake on a sheet pan for about 15 minutes until surface is browned
