To serve, ladle warm, stewed white beans onto plate or in bowl, and top with roasted salmon and preserved lemon. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon, skin side up, in skillet. Remove from heat, and stir in basil. Sprinkle fish fillets evenly with salt and pepper.
