  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese into the mixture and distribute evenly. Make well in the middle and add the milk a little at a time to form a dough.
  5. Sprinkle Flour on a surface and roll out the dough. Cut up the dough with a medium size cutter and place on the heated baking tray.
  6. Glaze the scones with the extra milk and sprinkle the extra cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 10-15mins until golden brown.
