Steps to make Banana shine:
- Peel bananas and smash with potato smasher
- Add water, and sugar to smashed bananas
- Heat mixture in pot for one hour stirring occasionally at temperature no lower than 131 degrees Fahrenheit nor higher then 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let cool to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Add yeast and stir
- Let fament until there is no more gas coming out the gage for 16 days
