I cooked for 5 mins and then turned the salmon on each side cooking for 5 mins on easy side. 20 mins in total. For the last few minutes I covered the salmon and closed bbq. The skin was lovely and crispy and the salmon was nice and succulent:)
  5. I have this with plain rice with a little soy sauce and a nice salad.
