  5. slice all the remaining ingredients vertically..
  6. on top of the omelette, place a slice of each ingredient.. roll the omelette by using the aluminium wrapper/ bamboo roll.. PRECAUTION: The omelette is still hot!
  7. make sure to press it a bit so that the ingredients will stick together.. once it is done, carefully cut them into pieces..
  8. serve while it is warm.. you can add mayonise/ other sauce in this recipe.
