We're using a lot of the same ingredients like butter, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, and parsley. What makes this chicken dinner to the next level is chicken broth and a big splash of heavy cream. The sauce has a nice creamy consistency that would taste AMAZING. Add the tarragon, then spread this mixture evenly all over the chicken.
Instructions to make Chicken Lemon Sauce:
- Cut the chicken fiagonally into thin (Bite-size slices).
- Put the Chicken and Sauce ingredients into a plastic bag (Zip Lock), and rub the chicken well. Then klet sit for 1 hour or longer.
- Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in frying pan, put the chicken breast pieces in the pan. Cover with a lid, and cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes, turn the chicken over and cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes.
Now cut the lemon into quarters and place these inside the chicken. Next, place the chicken in a roasting tin and cover the breast with buttered foil. I love that this recipe doesn't require many ingredients yet it still yields amazingly flavorful end results, and it all thanks to that bright lemon and creamy butter. With this recipe you get perfectly tender, golden brown pan seared chicken breasts that are coated in that quick lemon pan sauce. I also am going to try grilling the chicken and making just a quick lemon pan sauce with shallots, white wine, perhaps a riesling or pinot grigo and garlic, however; no chicken broth.
