Pour off any fat from pan. Stir in pasta sauce, tomato sauce, basil, oregano and fennel seeds; bring to a boil, stirring and scraping up any brown bits from bottom of pan. I recommend keeping the sauce separate from the pasta, and boiling fresh pasta when you're ready to serve the sauce again.
