  14. When toothpeek will dry then the batter will trun in soft dokla
  15. Then.put it normal place,
  16. After 5 min,remove from mould and put it in plate.
  17. Put oil in pan with mustard seed,green and red chilli,salt
  18. Add asafoetida and curry leaves in same pan.
  19. Splutter it and add water and sugar.
  20. Then,cut the dokla in pieces,
  21. Put the sugar syrup on it and serve in plate
  22. Spread coriander leaves on it.
