- Saute the garlic and onion until the onions are soft
- Toss in the mince, the mixed herbs and salt and cook on medium heat
- This should take about 10-15mins
- In the last minute, toss in the chopped spinach just so the spinach wilts a bit and does not get all soft and mushy
- After you gotten through this, its time to prep your pizza
- Place the pizza base on a baking sheet
- Spoon over the tomato chunks and the sauce on the base
