Melt the remaining butter in the microwave and add the garlic. Cook the naan, brushing with the garlic butter, for a few minutes on each side until puffed and golden. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using, and serve warm. Flip the naan over and layer the cheese on one half of the naan. Fold the other half of the naan over the cheese (like a taco).
