The ingredients needed to make Shrimp and garlic noodles:
- Prepare 2 cup boiled noodles
- Take 2 cup cooked prawns
- Prepare 1 onion diced
- Take to taste Salt & pepper
- Get 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Get 2 cubes Butter
- Get 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- Prepare 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Prepare 2 lemon
- Make ready 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Make ready 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- Take Chives (optional)
Toss cooked noodles with the garlic butter, sauce, and scallions. Add the cooked shrimp to garlic noodles and toss until combined. We all LOVE garlic shrimp, especially spicy garlic shrimp. We all also love noodles… why not put them together as one dish?!
Steps to make Shrimp and garlic noodles:
- Take a pan, warm it and put 2 cubes of butter,add crushed garlic cook till its dark golden.
- Next add in prawns and salt. Squeeze a lemon. Cook them for 3–4 mins
- Keep it aside. In the same pan, put olive oil. Add onions, cook till its translucent. Then add mixed herbs.
- Add salt, pepper, sauce and squueze another lemon & stir. In about 2 mins add boiled noodles & mix well. Add in cooked garlic prawns & mix gently.
- Garnish with more chilli flakes & chives before serving
I mean, it's been stable for my house no matter what, but I rely on them even more now days!! Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain, set aside. Then add the ½ tsp of sugar and the ½ tbsp of soy sauce. Stir-fry for another minute or until the cabbage is nicely coloured. Then add the prawns and chilli powder and stir-fry until the prawns are just cooked.
