- Put on hot pan to cook, turn the side cook 2nd side.
- Put it in hot pot spreading little butter.
- Serve hot with any of your favourite curry.
Remove naan from oven and apply the garlic butter. Meanwhile, whisk the flour and salt together in a large bowl and create a well in the center. Whisk in the warm milk and plain yogurt into the yeast mixture until well-combined. Since, garlic naan are favorite of everyone, I have also doubled the recipe ingredients and increased size of bread. After all, no one will want just one naan!
