- In a pan heat 3 cups of water and add 1/2 spoon of salt and add pasta. bring it to boil. cook it on medium to high flam. after pasta is boiled drain the water and keep pasta aside.
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil. add chopped onions and Chopped garlic. saute till onions become translate. then add Chopped carrots and chopped tomatoes. cook it on low to medium flam. and keep stirring.
- Add pinch of salt and red chilli powder. Add 1/2 tspoon of Red chilli sauce and tomato sauce. add 1/2 tspoon black pepper powder. mix it well.
- Add pasta to the mixture and mix it well. Now turn of the flam and garnish it with oragano and chilli flax.
