  4. Great served with a rice medley, mashed potatoes, gravy made from the juices left over, broccoli, corn on cob or just some great dinner rolls… Bon appetite

For making the rub you will need a generous amount of fresh rosemary, garlic, salt, oil, lemon juice, black pepper and smoked paprika.
