- Heat 1½ tablespoons butter in the same pan or kadai over medium flame. Add 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sautéed vegetables and pasta.
- Turn off the flame. Mix well. Transfer it to a serving plate.Garnish it with grated cheese and serve while they are still hot.
