2 Ingredient Cookies is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. 2 Ingredient Cookies is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

No flour, no butter, no eggs, no sugar needed. They're crispy on the outside, cakey and soft on the inside, naturally sweet and simply delicious! Probably the best recipe to start kids off baking cookies!

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have 2 ingredient cookies using 3 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make 2 Ingredient Cookies:
  1. Get bananas
  2. Prepare coconut
  3. Prepare cane sugar

You are really drying them out more than baking them. You can make these cookies with just banana and oatmeal but i prefer them with extras. They don't contain any flour or refined sugar, but they still taste like soft, sweet cookies. Bananas and quick oats are all you need for the cookies.

Instructions to make 2 Ingredient Cookies:
  1. Peel and cut the bananas in large chunks. Mix them into a paste using a mixer, blender, whisk, fork or whatever you have at hand.
  2. This step is optional. You can add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar or honey or the eqivalent of the sweetener of your choice, or skip this step all together.
  3. Add the coconut and mix it with a wooden spoon (or any tool). At this point you should have a non-sticky, maleable composition.
  4. Cover your tray with a cooking paper. Make up the cookies from the paste and set them in the tray.
  5. Cook the cookies in a preheated oven to 180°F celsius for about 20 minutes.

If you want some variation, you can add chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit. Today's recipe has just TWO main ingredients – banana and oats. If you've got some overripe bananas but you don't have the energy to make banana bread, this is an awesome alternative. The cookies were chewy and a bit sticky in a very interesting (but pleasant!) way. No flour, oil, dairy, eggs or refined sugars.
