Steps to make Roasted Garlic:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Peel off the outer layers of the garlic but leave the skins on of the individual cloves so it doesn't fall apart.
  3. Cut a 1/4 inch off the top of the garlic cloves so you expose each individual clove.
  4. Rest your garlic in tin foil and in a muffin pan or cookie sheet, leaving enough to cover it. Then drizzle olive oil over the tops of the exposed heads of the garlic and rub it in. Wrap up your garlic.
