- Add noodles in boiling water for 2to 3 mins. Cook only half way. Dont add the seasoning packet.
- In a pan.. heat oil .. add garlic, green chilli, zucchini, broccoli, snow peas and mushrooms. Fry till cooked. Then add the seasoning packet and mix well
- Add the half cooked noodles and mix well and cook for another 2 to 4 mins.add salt for according to taste
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots and peas, before stirring in the brown sugar and soy sauce. I hate that it sometimes gets a bad rap because, well, if you load it with vegetables and eat the portion size that's right for you, it's a dish you can feel great about.
